If, for any reason, you are unhappy with any area that we have cleaned, just call us within 24 hours and we will gladly return and re-clean it free of charge. Our rates are based on your home. Please contact us for an initial estimate. We will walk through your home and personalize a quote that is right for you.
TEAM CLEANING
Having strangers in your home day after day can become a burden. While you’ll love seeing your home or office clean, we also know that you’ll want your privacy back. We pride ourselves in doing good, and fast work. We’ll get in, clean your home and give you your privacy back and you’ll love it!
We work in teams of three. Our company will assign a cleaning team to your home and will make all possible efforts to have the same team return for each cleaning. Each team has a supervisor assigned to see that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently. All of our team members are continually trained about new products and methods to assure your home and assets are safe. Our managers make periodic visits to homes to ensure that we are meeting your quality needs and expectations.

TM Janitors is dedicated to keeping you and your family safe. We suggest each homeowner to supply our company with a key and access information into your home. We keep all keys in a locked safe at all times, when not in use, and all alarm information strictly confidential. One benefit of this is that you are not required to be home while we clean.

PAYMENT
We accept personal checks and cash only. For a one-time deep cleaning, payment is due at time of service. For regularly scheduled visits, we can bill you monthly, or you can leave the payment on the kitchen counter.
