All our team mem­bers re­ceive on­going train­ing about new pro­ducts and me­thods to en­sure your home and as­sets are safe. Our mana­gers make peri­odic vis­its to homes to make sure we are meet­ing your needs and qual­ity ex­pec­ta­tions.

SAFETY.  TM Janitors is de­di­ca­ted to keep­ing you and your fam­i­ly safe. We sug­gest that each home­own­er pro­vide our com­pany with ac­cess in­for­ma­tion and a key to your home. At all times when not in use, all keys are kept in a lock­ed safe, and all alarm in­for­ma­tion is kept strict­ly con­fi­den­tial. One be­ne­fit of this is that you are not re­quired to be home while we clean.

MATERIALS SAFETY DATA SHEETS.  We are hap­py to pro­vide any and all of our cus­to­mers with MSDS in­for­ma­tion upon re­quest.

PAYMENT.  We ac­cept per­son­al checks and cash only. For a one-time deep clean­ing, pay­ment is due at time of ser­vice. For reg­u­lar­ly sched­uled vi­sits, TM Janitors can bill you month­ly, or you can leave the pay­ment on the kit­chen coun­ter.
